To properly bid February a fond farewell, I thought I'd show you this adorable little vintage reading book.
Its illustrations take me back to elementary school days.

So simple...and so sweet.
Good-bye, February, can't really say I'm sorry to see you go.
We woke up to freezing rain and ice this morning.
NO FUN!
Winter, you can go away now!

What a darling book! Reminds me of the "Dick and Jane" ones we read in elementary school:)
You won't find these in the schools anymore. They're too normal! The illustrations in this book are just marvelous. Hang on to this one for the grandkids visits! It's like history! :D
Such a sweet book, and I'm so ready to bid February a not so fond adieu!
Love it. I have some of the Dick and Jane books that I read when I was in school (I'm telling my age) and I love reading them again.
So sweet!
I've really been holding myself back from collecting these vintage books when we go to the Armada Flea Market!
I love the Dick and Jane books, but there was another similar book that I also remember from school (in the 60's). Does anyone else remember?
A bunny! I saw a bunny!
This does bring back memories.....so simple...when life was more simple.
Thanks for sharing....
Have a wonderful day!
Awww! That is the cutest book evah!! The graphics are so innocent and sweet.
