I'm missing summer too; especially this week with our wind chills close to -30. I usually get cabin fever in February, but this year it has started already. Not good since spring is still a long ways off.
Those pretty towel on the line just scream summer time to me. I love it!!! I am tired of winter too. It is COLD here in Missouri. Keep those beautiful pictures coming :0!! And come on SPRING!!! Blessings to you!!!
Awww ... sounds like you need to make some Sunshine cupcakes: Ingredients: •1 package Classic Yellow Cake Mix •1/3 cup Canola Oil •1/2 cup water •3 large eggs •3/4 c. Orange Marmalade
Directions: 1.HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups. 2.BEAT cake mix, oil, water, eggs and 3/4 cup orange marmalade in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full of batter. 3.BAKE 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. 4.SPREAD about 1/2 teaspoon remaining orange marmalade on top of each cupcake. Or mix some marmalade with pre-made frosting and frost cupcakes.
