This is my Father’s world, and to my listening ears All nature sings, and round me rings the music of the spheres. This is my Father’s world: I rest me in the thought Of rocks and trees, of skies and seas; His hand the wonders wrought. This is my Father’s world, the birds their carols raise, This is my Father’s world. O let me ne’er forget This is my Father’s world, dreaming, I see His face. This is my Father’s world, should my heart be ever sad? This is my Father’s world. I walk a desert lone. We sang this hymn in church last Sunday morning, and it had been a long time...I just love this song and what more appropriate to use the words for a Scenic Sunday? |

This is the song my daughter uses to calm down little Jack while driving in the car. She knows every word by heart. (yes, she's very musical) It's so sweet to witness the calming effect this song, and her voice have on him. Love it.

Beautiful photo, and a beautiful song.
Have a wonderful, and restful Sunday.
