I love looking at old china at the thrift stores. Occasionally, I'll find a pattern I recognize/collect. This is beautiful. Enjoy!

I love the cup and saucer. Is a manufacturer or pattern on the saucer...can you tell I LOVE dishes and learning about dishes?

Hello, ladies! I tried to get away with a wordless Wednesday...but I shouldn't have. I got a set of six cups and saucers, six desert plates, and a creamer and sugar bowl for $6! And, strangely, there are NO markings on the set at all! It's not a fine china, it's actually a heavier piece in weight, and the cups are very shallow. I just LOVED the detail on the roses! I would have loved to show the whole set but was short on time today, so just posted the cup and saucer so you could see the roses!

Oh my, what a wonderful find ...what a great buy. I love the pottery (seems more cottagey to me) rather than fine china, which is convenient since use means breakage at out home.

Hey, I just read over on "Pink Slippers" that you are one of 9 children! I'm the youngest of 10 ...5 boys and 5 girls...I love to meet other people from big families. Your china is so beautiful. xo rachel
