My first car was a used 1960 Chevy Impala which I bought (in payments) for $100.00.LOL!! After many years, I bought a NEW 1977 Ford LTD II, also. It was a beautiful light green with the same white vinyl as yours. I LOVED that thing, and drove her 'til she died. Looking back now I have a hard time imagining driving them. They were SO looong!

One funny memory of the LTD was the first time I filled it up at the gas station. I had a small Mustang before it, and it cost about $6.-$7. to fill it from almost empty. NOW you know how old I am! Well, I was showing it off to my best friend and we stopped for it's first fillup! We had to pool our money (after we caght our breath)...that thing had a 26 gallon gas tank and cost me a WHOPPING $14.25 to fill! :-0

Ahhh...bring back the old days (sometimes)!!!

I had an old '85 Chevy Cavalier. It was pretty awful looking. I finally sold it, to my boyfriend's mom shortly before I went into the Air Force. I found out that the muffler fell off it while she was driving down the road shortly after I went to Basic Training. Oops. Turns out that we didn't get married... ;)

Ugh....I had a old Vega station wagon my step-dad dug up for me. It was so ugly, I spray painted it primer black just so it would be all one color!! My first REAL car was a new, gunmetal gray, Iroc Camaro I bought in 1986. I loved that car. It had T-tops and I really thought I was something driving around with the top off and the radio blasting.....

My very first car was an old Plymouth my Daddy bought while I was in high school. I sold it after I married and left home. I don't have a photo. It wasn't very pretty, but it was truly a good car and helped me get around for several years. ♥

My first car was a used 66 Pontiac
grand Prix. Didn't have it long though - the brakes failed and I wrecked it. I was OK. I love antique cars. My ex has a 54 Ford Customline Coupe with power brakes and the first air conditioners put in automobiles. The unit was huge and took up the entire trunk area and the vents were about 7-8 inches long and stuck from the back window to blow forward. Wow.

My first car was a 1979 Mercury Capri and it was flesh colored and powerful.
