My Most Coveted Vintage Item, EVER. EVER.

I want to win the lottery....boy, do I ever....(but that would mean I would have to actually PLAY the lottery!)

And go back to Sweet Home Alabama and bring this beauty home with me... (Maybe they'd take my convertible in trade for this one? Don't tell our '67, but I like this '65 much, much better!)
*
I have a thing for old cars....especially old muscle cars that have pony emblems on their sides. This one is so SWEET! Oh....sigh!
*
Down where my daughter lives there's this lot crammed FULL of all classic cars (a few of them exceptionally awesome like this Mustang) and a showroom full of them, too. We have to drive by and drool (and snap a few pictures, too!) when we go down.
*
OH...man, are you drooling yet? If not, you better check your pulse...are you actually ALIVE? *Ü*

We share the same love my friend, and that girl is hot!! I have long dreamt of a 66 Mustang too!! I have a 2005 because hubby said it'd be way cheaper than restoring a 66, but one day, one day!! Your 67 is awesome though, I remember the pics. Love it. Do you think there's other girlies like us that share this love? lol I never missed an Auto show when I was growing up, or a truck and tractor pull.

Have a great day!

Yeah, that is one sweet ride...

Your post awhile back about your first car inspired me to do the same one of these days. I have found images of my '68 Cougar on the net. Man, I wish I had that baby back!

That is a beautiful car. BAck in the day when you could work on your own car, not pay some goof to hook it up to a computer for the bargain price of $65. Aurgh!! Bring back the old cars. New cars have no style....

It would be soooo neat to have a vintage car pulling a vintage trailer.
Although, about 10 years ago I got behind the wheel of a pony Mustang, I was shocked at how much muscle it took to drive the older car.
I must have been one strong young lady when I first started driving cars without power steering or power brakes and with a stick shift.

BTW yes, the tablecloth is an old vintage twin sheet that has been cut and hemmed to fit. It still has the Sears and Robuck tag on it.

Ooooh- that is one hot car!!
If it was a different color, it would look like the one Steve McQueen (*be still my heart*) drove in "Bullitt"! But I like the red better!
When you get one like that, call me- I want to be the first one in line to take a ride in it!

Love the car...but my dream would be an old Ford pickup....the cool, old ones! That runs. And is not a stick shift. And is kind of Tiffany blue. With a working radio.
Kinda picky, aren't I????
