Who ARE They?

I forgot to show you these little darlin's: picked these up last Thursday, too. All of them together were $1. I remember them from my older sister's room....but I don't know the name of them. I'm hoping you all can help me. These prints are all 9 x 12" and cute as can be, in excellent condition.

Oh...and I should tell you that my son and I picked FOUR GALLONS of strawberries yesterday from our own little garden! What we didn't eat, are now in the freezer!

I am thinking these little ones were on a package of Charmin toilet tissue years ago. Am I remembering this right? Anyone else out there know for sure?

I thought of Charmin, too when I saw them...Or Northern tissue! Hope someone knows!

They are from Northern tissue. I google searched and found this link for ebay! They sure are precious!

These are definitely fro NORTHERN TISSUE back when I was a young girl ... I may have been between age 9 & 10. We owned all of them, at the time, & Mother framed them for our rooms.

I copied this off ebay listings for you ~
.....set of FIVE prints of little girl’s portraits put out by Northern Paper Mills of Green Bay Wisconsin. They were the maker of “Northern Tissue”. At least one of the portraits -- the “winter” girl -- graced the tissue packaging for a while.

Wow, the moment I saw these, I remembered Northern TP and those sweet pictures from the packages - decades ago! Do they still make that? Hadn't thought of it in ages.

Four gallons of fresh picked strawberries!! Sounds like heaven! Enjoy!

Strawberries... nothing better in the spring and early summer! XOXO Vicki

That's a lot of berries! Are they from your own patch? I need to get out and find a u-pick around here...so much cheaper than buying from the grocers.

Charmin advertisements! I remember them so well! I think they go back to the 50s. Before the stupid Mr. Whipple campaign!

Ack, I read the other comments, and Northern is correct. That's what my mom must had bought.

I bought a set of 4 prints (3 of which you have) at an antique store. The lady said they were old prints from Northern tissue. Thanks for sharing.
