I've been busy in the sewing room lately....
Making these "campin' pillows" for my sis....she of Pine Hollow Lodge. I thought they'd be perfect for her porch rocking chairs. And I knew she already had a red camp lantern like this one, so she's all set for outfitting her porch this summer.
And now that I look at this picture, I can see that I should have made a set of three! Good thing I've got extra fabric!

I had to pull out my vintage picnic basket, map and a couple of vintage lanterns to "pose them" for a show and tell. I'm happy to report that she loved them!

These pillows are ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE! Thank you so much. I just love that print, it reminds me of our camping trips when we were kids, especially the one where the kids are wading in the water! I'll remember the way you've displayed them for the photo's. They would like great with my log rockers and red lantern! Thanks again!

P.S. I took time away from my baking to call congress today... today I got through! I'm sure those weenies will vote in the worst, biggest lump of coal ever in the form of "health care reform". It's too bad these weenies are dangerous, unlike your sweet little weenie dog!
Joni, those pillows are spectacular! Cute as can be and perfect for your sisters beautiful porch! Where did you find the center fabric with the children camping!?
Merry Christmas to you and your family:>)
