JOY!

It's May...

And...

It's the most wonderful time...

Of the YEAR!

Time to hang the laundry on the line!

What better reason to go outside and drink up sunshine, feel those soft breezes, hear the birdsong, and watch pups playing happily in the green, green grass:  jumping running, rolling, being all silly and giddy for the nice weather and no snow or ice or rain to contend with.

All the things I would do if I were this tiny and I didn't mind getting grass clippings all over me!

Such JOY!

Have a great day, and thanks for stopping by!

I was thinking, last night, that I want to wash all of our bedding and hang it on the line. Should have done it yesterday when it was nice out. This morning...rain.
Have a wonderful day!

love the pictures of clothes on the line drying. I miss my clothesline. The post roited a few years back and just haven't gotten a new one. I love going to bed on fresh bedding that has hung to dry all day in the sunshine. Love the smell of sunshine! Have a great day and Happy Mother's Day.

One of my greatest joys of spring...hanging clothes on the line! I look forward to it all winter. It brings me back to the days when my Mom would hang her wash on the line and we would run through them as they flapped in the breeze. I loved and still do that fresh air smell!

Great pictures! Nothing like line dried sheets to make a night's sleep even better.

If the sun is shining, there are clothes on the line. Mon - Sat. I've had clothes frozen to the line but still hang them out in the winter. Nothing like clothes that have dried in the sunshine!

Oh! A post named after me! ;D
We're soaking up the sunshine here too--although very hot today. Love the little doggie! Hope you had a great Mother's Day!
