Pickin' on a Thursday: Vintage Toy Tractor

I went to one garage sale this morning.

One.

It was REALLY COLD this morning, high 30's.
Warmer weather expected later, the sun is shining, finally

Lookie here what I found!
(Well, I actually spent 4.60 and found a couple other vintage goodies, but this was my happiest find!)

A vintage metal die-cast Hubley tractor.  These are highly collectible, but I just want it for fun.

Don't ever pass these up if you see them and they are in decent shape.
(Mine was well-used and very much played with, but I like it anyway.)

Wanna know how much?

One little quarter.

And Levi gets to play with it when he comes to Nana's house; he loves tractors.

I like vintage finds that are useful and durable.

And made in the USA.

Great find. All farmhouses need a tractor. Bet Levi will enjoy playing with it also. Have a great day.

What a find indeed! I love vintage toys. I have a big old truck that was a birthday gift last year. I hope we'll have a little "Levi" or "Levia" one day to push it around the house :D

My husband has a collection of toy tractors, mostly Farmall. When our grandson was little, he played with them. Now he's 21 and those good ol days are gone. You'll love for Levi to play with the tractor.

Wowie Zowie, no way you could pass that up! Is the yellow color more rare than red? (If it was green-it would be a John Deere, correct?)
