Nothing beats the taste of charcoal with some apple wood chips mixed in. We don't use lighter fluid anymore either. We bought one of those charcoal chimneys or whatever. Meijer sells them...Target too, I think. Marinated chicken is fan-tabulous and nothing beats a charcoal grilled steak. Wh...We have a funny story about Weber grills, LOL. When we visited Wisconsin back in the late 80s, we couldn't help but notice that people owned a LOT of Weber grills. So we created a fun game while we drove and would try to beat each out in calling out "Weber" whenever we saw one. We saw hundreds of them! To this day, whenever we see one, we do a shout out, LOL!Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05347598432040432610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606161041749648789.post-32129552751536644062009-06-12T23:57:01.432-04:002009-06-12T23:57:01.432-04:00I'm with you it just tastes better with charco...I'm with you it just tastes better with charcoal. It tastes even better with red oak, which is what we always bbq'd with when we lived in Calif. But we always use the propane grill now. It's just too easy.
